Legal Documents

Legal documents are often a hidden cost in being a landlord. There are many options available online that may look good, but are not complete in their coverage when it comes to individual state laws, which often vary widely. Without the proper documentation in place, a knowledgeable tenant may be able to take advantage and retain their security deposit, or not be required to pay in the event damages are incurred. That is why all of our documentation is written and regularly reviewed by Colorado Real Estate attorneys, and include our property management agreement, lease and all additional addendums.

As clients of Peaks to Plains Property Management, our clients have access to tens of thousands of dollars invested in legal documents for any tenant situation. Our staff brings a familiarity to contract and lease work, but we are not attorneys and are always happy to recommend great Real Estate attorneys if the need arises.
