Tenant Procurement

Our first task and often one of the most critical is to place a quality tenant on behalf of our owners. In order to do so, we advertise aggressively on more than 25 syndicated websites, including Zillow, Trulia, apartments.com, rentals.com, and many more. Our leasing agents are professionals when it comes to interacting with potential tenants and setting the stage for success when showing our listings. Once we have an interested party, we utilize a rigorous screening process to analyze credit reports, criminal background, eviction history, leasing history, employment and income.

After we complete the screening process, we work with our owners to ensure they are comfortable with the tenants we place. At that time we will take the deposit and execute our lease and other professionally written legal forms. Prior to providing the tenant with keys, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of the property to identify any issues related to the condition in order to protect all parties involved at the end of that particular tenancy. Like our property management fees, all leasing fees are paid upon success, once again aligning the interest of the company with the best interest of our clients.
